And this black seed balm is the only thing that calms it down!

I had been dealing with a bad case of Psoriasis on my ankle and had been reliant on steroid creams. I had been trying different creams and balms to use instead. Hands down this was the best solution, it takes the heat out of the irritation and relieves the itching that it clears up. The balm is thick so it doesn’t absorb too quickly retaining the moisture in the area. It’s my staple now.
