The big sleep easy, I stray twice on top of each foot and let it dry. I have had minimal foot and leg pain (cramp) and have had some excellent sleep. Great investment in a good night’s sleep.

Smells incredible, and really helps me "switch off the day" and into "relax mode" when I light my candle. I also love that once the candle is finished, I can reuse it as a glass! It also comes with a lid to keep it smelling great. Highly recommend, especially if you want peace of mind knowing you aren't inhaling toxic fragrances that do more harm than good!
