Hi I am from Mungallala Qld Aust. and have had 50 odd years of sun damage being on properties and gardening and I have found Dr Watkins Black seed Balm wonderful on my face and neck and the Body Butter amazing too. I had been dealing with a bad case of Psoriasis on my ankle and had been reliant on steroid creams. I had been trying different creams and balms to use instead. Hands down this was the best solution, it takes the heat out of the irritation and relieves the itching that it clears up. The balm is thick so it doesn’t absorb too quickly retaining the moisture in the area. It’s my staple now.
